- Scan books, articles and convert them to Editable text using OCR (Optical Character Reading) software
- Draft communication over emails, in Hindi and English. Also respond to incoming emails
- Communicate over calls (outgoing and incoming)
- Organize and maintain files in relevant folders, take back up etc.,
